Gebelikte akut biliyer pankreatit atağı sık görülen bir durum olmayıp anne ve bebek için morbidite ve mortalite sebebi olabilir. 35 yaşında 4. gebeliği olan 3. trimesterdeki hastada akut biliyer pankreatit olgusu, olgunun tedavi ve takip yönetimi sunulmuştur.

Acute pancreatitis attack and management in the last trimester pregnancy: A case report

An episode of acute biliary pancreatitis in pregnancy is not a common condition for the mother and baby and can cause morbidity and mor- tality. Women aged 35 years with a fourth pregnancy and in their third trimester and diagnosed with acute biliary pancreatitis were offered treatment and follow-up management.
