KARBON KAYNAĞI OLARAK PEYNİRALTI SUYU ATIĞI KULLANILARAK RAMNOLİPİT BİYOSÜRFEKTANI ÜRETİMİ
Bu çalışmada karbon kaynağı olarak süt fabrikasının atık maddesi olan peyniraltı suyu kullanılarak Pseudomonas aeruginosa DSM 50071’dan ramnolipit biyosürfektanı elde edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla peyniraltı suyu ortamında Pseudomonas aeruginosa DSM 50071’in toplam hücre sayısı, ramnolipit miktarı, indirgen şeker miktarı ve kimyasal oksijen isteği araştırılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonunda karbon kaynağı olarak peyniraltı suyu atığında P.aeruginosa’nın üreyip çoğaldığı görülmüştür. Besiortamındaki toplam hücre sayısı 9,5 x 109/ml, en yüksek ramnolipit miktarı 0,48 g/l ve peynir altı suyunun kimyasal oksijen yükünün 90. t % 27 oranında azaldığı tespit edilmiştir.
