Atık Baskılı Devre Kartlarından Değerli Metal Geri Kazanım Yöntemlerinin Çok Ölçütlü Karar Verme Teknikleri ile Değerlendirilmesi
Son yıllarda hızlı bir şekilde artış gösteren elektronik atıkların geri kazanımı özellikle içerdikleri değerlimetaller nedeniyle oldukça önem arz etmektedir. Uygulanacak geri kazanım sistemi, teknik, çevresel,ekonomik ve sosyal yönlerden en uygun çözüm olmalıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, baskılı devrekartlarındaki (BDK) değerli metallerin geri kazanım yöntemlerinin farklı karar verme yöntemleriylearaştırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla, pirometalurjik, hidrometalurjik ve biyometalurjik yöntemler, Analitik SerimSüreci (ASS) ve PROMETHEE olmak üzere iki çok ölçütlü karar verme yöntemiyle ile değerlendirilmiştir.Bu kapsamda, alternatiflerin fayda, maliyet ve riskleri göz önüne alınmıştır. Her iki yöntemden eldeedilen öncelik sıralamasına göre, biyometalurjik prosesler en uygun yöntem olarak belirlenmiştir.
Evaluation of Precious Metal Recovery Processes from Waste Printed Circuit Boards by using Multi Criteria Decision Making Techniques
The recovery of electronic waste, which has increased rapidly in recent years, is particularly important because of the precious metals it contains. Applied management systems must be the most appropriate solution from a technical, environmental, economic and social point of view. The main objective of this study was to investigate the most appropriate treatment/disposal option by using different decision- making techniques. For this purpose, pyrometallurgical, hydrometallurgical and biometallurgical methods were evaluated according to two multi-criteria decision-making techniques: analytic network process (ANP) and PROMETHEE. In this context, benefits, costs and risks for the alternatives were taken into consideration. According to the comparisons, the biometallurgical methods was found to be the most appropriate solution in both cases.
