Adli psikiyatride nörobilişsel bozukluk: Retrospektif tek merkezli bir çalışma
AMAÇ: Adli psikiyatrik açıdan değerlendirilen ve nörobilişsel bozukluk saptanan hastaların klinik ve adli özelliklerini tanım- lamak ve bu kişilere yaklaşım konusunda klinisyenlere katkı sağlamaktır. YÖNTEM: Çalışma için, Adli Tıp Dördüncü İhtisas Kurulu ta- rafından değerlendirilen ve değerlendirme sonucunda nörobi- lişsel bozukluk (demans, hafif bilişsel bozukluk (HBB), organik mental bozukluk (OMB)) saptanan kişilerin verileri geriye dönük olarak taranmıştır. Neurocognitive disorder in forensic psychiatry: A retrospective single center study
INTRODUCTION: To define the clinical and forensic cha- racteristics of patients who are evaluated in terms of forensic psychiatry and who have neurocognitive disorders and to contri- bute to clinicians in approaching patients. METHODS: For the study, the data of people who were eva- luated by the Forensic Medicine Fourth Specialization Board and who were found to have neurocognitive disorders (demen- tia, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), organic mental disorder (OMD)) were scanned retrospectively. RESULTS: Two-hundered one patients were included in the study. Of the patients, 80.1% were diagnosed with dementia, whereas 14.9% were diagnosed with MCI and 5% were diagno- sed with OMD.
