Mature Teratoma of the Uterine Cervix

Gonad dışı germ hücre tümörleri tüm germ hücre tümörlerinin %1-2'sini oluşturur. Viseral lokalizasyonlar çok nadirdir. Uterin korpus ve servikste oluşan teratomlar literatürde çok az sayıdadır. Multipl uterin miyomları nedeniyle Ankara Onkoloji Hastanesi Kadın Hastalıkları Kliniğine başvuran hastaya total abdominal histerektomi ve bilateral salpingo-ooferektomi yapıldı Hastanın postoperatif patolojik incelemesinde endoservikat yerleşimli matür teratom saptandı. Bu olgu sunumunda, nadir görülen bir olgu olması nedeniyle servikal matür teratomu literatürü gözden geçirerek sunuyoruz.
