Myoma Uteri Olgularında Risk Faktörleri ve Operasyon Endikasyonlarının İncelenmesi
Myoma uteri nedeniyle opere edilen 30 olgu risk faktörleri ve operasyon endikasyonları yönünden retrospektif olarak incelenmiştir. Sağlıklı 30 kadın kontrol grubunu oluşturmuştur. Obesite, sigara kullanımı, aile anamnezi her iki grupta farklılık göstermemiştir (p>0,005). Myom olgularında, kontrol grubuna göre doğum sayısı fazla ve eğitim düzeyi düşük ve buna bağlı olarak toplam emzirme süresi istatistiksel anlamlı derecede uzun bulunmuştur (p
The Analysis Operation Indications and Risk Factors in Uterine Myomas Cases
Thirty cases operated with the diagnosis of uterine myomas have been investigated from the view point of risk factors and operation indications. The control group is composed of thirty healthy women. In terms of obesity, smoking, family history of uterine myoma there were no difference between two groups. In myoma cases there were more parturitions and lower education levels and consequently the period of lactation was found statistically longer than the control group’s. There is a discrepancy between our findings and the literature’s and it seems that the evaluations on the basis of the factors responsible in the genesis of myomas, the patient complaints, pelvic examinations, age, fertility desire, social status are to be reviewed for each case.
