Hematolojik Kanser Olguları ve Kan Donörlerinde Sitomegalovirüs IgG ve IgM Antikorları

Bu çalışmada 40 hematolojik kanser (15 Akut lenfoblastik lösemi, 14 Akut myeblastik lösemi, 8 Lenfoma ve 3 Multipl Myeloma) ve 35 gönüllü kan donöründe Sitomegalovirüs (CMV) antikorları ELISA ile çalışıldı. Hemotolojik hasta grubunda CMV IgG antikorları 26/40 hastada (%65), CMV IgM antikorları 3/40 hastada (%7,5) oranında pozitif bulundu. Rastgele seçilmiş sağlıklı kan donörlerinde bu oran CMV IgG’de 22/35 hastada (%62.8), CMV IgM için 1/35 hastada (%2.8) pozitif bulundu. Hematolojik hasta grubunda IgG ve IgM birlikteliğinde 6/40 (%15) oranında pozitiflik saptandı. Sonuçlar CMV’nin sık kan transfüzyonu yapılan hematolojik kanser hastalarındaki enfeksiyon ve reaktivasyonunun önemine işaret etmektedir

Gastric Cancers Analysis of 664 Cases

Gastric cancer is still a serious medical problem in these days. In spite of its chance of only curative treatment is still surgery, its diagnosis at advanced gastric cancer stage affects the chance of survival in a negative manner. Because of data based on literature showed that, this disease has a declining incidence and localisation of tumour is skipping to more proximal parts, we tried to evaluate gastric cancers of last decade in our department. As a result, we determined that cases of early gastric cancer are still seen rarely whereas number of inoperable cases are remarkably high.
