Nonrotasyon ile Birlikte Anuler Pankreas ve Duodenal Stenoz

Bu çalışmada anuler pankreas ve duodenal stenoz ile birlikte nonrotasyon anomalisi gösteren 35 haftalık ikiz gebelikten doğan 2350g kız çocuğu sunulmuştur. Anuler pankreas için yan yana duodeno-duodenostomi, duodenal stenoz için de baklava tarzı duodeno-jejunostomi anastomozları uygulanmış ve apendiks inverte edilerek apendektomi yapılmıştır. Postoperatif dönem sorunsuz geçmiş ve 16 aylık takipte geç komplikasyon ortaya çıkmamıştır. Yaptığımız literatür taramasında, bir rotasyon anomalisi olan nonrotasyonla birlikte anuler pankreas ve duodenal stenoz kombinasyonu bildirilmemiştir.

Annular Pancreas and Duodenal Stenosis Associated With Nonrotation

We present a newborn ;35th pregnancy week, twin pair, 2350 g girl with duodenal obstruction whom diagnosed with annular pancreas and duodenal stenosis in association with nonrotation. Side to side duodenoduodenostomy to bypass annular pancreas, diamond shaped duodenojejunostomy for duodenal stenosis and an appendectomy for nonrotation were performed. Postoperative period was uneventful and 16 months follow up revealed any late complication. To our knowledge, a combination of duodenal stenosis and annular pancreas with nonrotation has not been presented previously.
