Formik asit sanayide ve giderek artan oranda tarımda kullanılan bir organik asittir. Kuagulasyon nekrozu oluşturarak doku hasarı oluşturur. Formik asit yanıklarında asidoz, hemoliz, hemoglobinüri gibi sistemik toksisite belirtileri gelişebilir. Biz bu yazıda formik asite bağlı yanık olgusunu sunarken kimyasal yanıklara yaklaşımdan kısaca bahsedeceğiz

Chemical Burn Due To Formic Acid: Case Report

Formic acid is an organic acid which is used in industry and agriculture with increasing rates. Formic acid burns cause tissue damage with coagulation necrosis. Systemic toxicity findings, such as acidosis, hemolysis and hemoglobinuri can occur in formic acid burns.
