Q ateşi halen ihmal edilen değişik klinik tablo ve şikayetlerde görülen önemli bir zoonotik hastalıktır. Hastalığın tanısı rutinde yapılmayan bir test olduğu için nedeni açıklanamayan şikayetlerde mesleki maruziyet durumunda değerlendirilmelidir. Nedeni açıklanamayan organ tutulumunda, akut faz (sedim ve CRP yüksekliği) gösterge yüksekliğinde endemik alanlarda, hastalar q ateşi açısından serolojik olarak incelenmelidir. Bu yazıda q ateşi kliniği tanı ve tedavisi son literatürler ışığında sunulmaya çalışıldı.

Q fever is an important zoonotic disease with various clinical presentations and complaints that is still neglected. Since the diagnosis of the disease is not a routine test, occupational exposure should be evaluated in cases of unexplained complaints. In unexplained organ involvement, in endemic areas with acute phase (sediment and CRP elevation) indicator high, patients should be examined serologically for q fever. In this article, the clinical diagnosis and treatment of q fever was tried to be presented in the light of the latest literature.
