ÇAĞDAġ KAZAKĠSTAN’IN MĠLLĠ DEMOGRAFĠK SĠYASETĠNDE ANNE VE ÇOCUK SORUNLARI

Bu makalede, modern Kazakistan‘ın milli demografik siyasetindeki anne ve çocuk sorunları ele alınacaktır. Günümüz itibariyle aile sorunları onusu, Kazakistan yönetiminin ilgi odağındadır. Anne ve çocuğun korunması sosyal siyasetin bir parçası haline gelmiĢtir. Devletin geliĢimi ve toplumun refahının artması kesinlikle aileye bağlıdır. Halkın refahının artırılması ailenin desteklenmesiyle olur. Bunun için devletimiz aile ve çocuğa sosyal destekleri sağlamaktadır. Bu yazıda, Kazakistan Cumhuriyetinin demografik siyasetinin uygulanmasındaki unsurlar derinlemesine incelenerek, onun temel yönleri ve kendine has özellikleri açıklanmaya gayret edilecektir.

Mother and Child Problem in the National Demographic Policy of Contemporary Kazakhstan

This article discusses the problems of mother and child in modern demographic policy of Kazakhstan. Since the problem of the family in our country is the center of attention of the President. The development of the state and welfare of the population depend on the immediate family as one of the priority directions of improvement of the living conditions of the population and strengthening family and social support for mother and child. In this regard, the state improves the social support of families and children. A retrospective analysis of the process of formation of demographic policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan reflects the main directions and peculiarities of implementation.
