Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of coffee and red wine on the color stability of micro-hybrid (G-aenial;- GC), hybrid (Fantasista;Sun Medical), nano-hybrid (Grandio- SO;VoCo), nano-ceramic (CeramX Duo;Dentsply Sirona) and microfill (Metafil CX;Sun Med) resin composites and nano-ce- ramic hybrid CAD/CAM material (Grandio Blocs;VoCo). Material and Methods: Samples (8x2mm) were prepa- red from five different resin composites and nano-ceramic hybrid CAD/CAM samples (10x2x2mm) were prepared by cutting from blocks (n=30). The initial L*a*b* values were measured by spectrophotometer. Each group was ran- domly divided into 3 subgroups as artificial saliva (cont- rol), coffee and red wine (n=10). Control group was stored in artificial saliva while experimental groups were immer- sed in solutions for 6 hours and kept in artificial saliva for 18 hours. Values were re-measured after 1-week and 2-week. Color change was calculated with CIEL*a*b* (ΔE) and CIEDE2000 (ΔE00) formulas. Statistical analyses were performed by paired samples t-test, two-way ANO- VA and post hoc Tukey test (α=0.05). Results: While there was no perceptible discoloration in all materials in control group, significant changes were observed in red wine after one week and in both red wine and coffee after two weeks. The highest ΔE values in cof- fee solution were found in Fantasista, and in red wine Fan- tasista and G-aenial (p<0.05). Conclusion: : While staining beverages caused discolo- ration above clinically acceptable limits on different types of resin composites, red wine was the beverage affected the color stability the most. Microfill, nano-hybrid, na- no-ceramic composites and nano-ceramic hybrid CAD/ CAM block were found more resistant to color change than micro-hybrid and hybrid composites ">
