İşletmelerde Hedef Belirleme ve Etkili İletişimde NLP

Günümüzde bir çok işletme, örgütsel hedeflere ulaşmak için NLP tekniklerinden faydalanmaktadır. NLP bir sonuca varmak isteyen bireyler için her türlü şartta başarı getiren yeni bir tekniktir. Bu kapsamda Nero-linguistik programlama beynin deneyimlerimizi ve çevremizden ilgilenmektedir. Söz konusu kodlama sistemi bireylerin iletişim ve davranışlarını etkileyen en önemli faktördür. Bu kapsamda çalışmada NLP tekniklerinin örgütlerde hedef belirleme ve etkili iletişim kurmada yöneticilere sağladığı faydalar tartışılmaktadır
