The Knowledge Economy requires companies establish a knowledge-based management philosophy, that emphasises on staring and sharing knowledge and facilitate open exchange of both. On the other hand, the global workforce feels the need for developing the required knowledge infrastructure and competences. The employer relations have faced major changes, especially in the field of career development, under the heavy; bombard of knowledge.
