Sezaryen Skar Endometrioması: Olgu sunumu

Endometriozis, endometrial stroma ve glandların uterus kavitesi dışındaki ektopik yerleşimi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Skar endometriozis, bu tab- lonun nadir ancak sıklığı giderek artan bir formu- dur. Yaygın yakınmalar cerrahi insizyon bölges- inde menstrüasyon ile ilişkili olarak ortaya çıkan şişlik, ağrı ve bazen kanama şeklindedir. Kesin tedavisi cerrahi olup bu cerrahide dikkat edilmesgereken bazı noktalar vardır. Burada sezaryenden 22 ay sonra insizyon bölgesinde ağrılı şişlik tab- losu ile başvuran bir olgu, uygulanan cerrahi te- davi yöntemi ile beraber irdelenmiştir.

Cesarean Scar Endometriosis; A Case Report

Endometriosis is defined as the ectopic settlement of the endometrial stroma and the glands outside the uterine cavity. Scar endometriosis is a rare form of this disease with increasing incidence. The prevalent complaints are menstruation re- lated nodule, pain and sometimes bleeding, in the area of surgical incision. The definitive therapy surgery which requires attention to some points. In this case report, we examined the case of pain- ful tumor emerging 22 months after cesarean sec- tion in the site of surgical incision, with an em- phasis on the important points of surgery.
