Selüler leiomyon ve leiomyosarkomlarda östrojen ve progesteron reseptör ekspresyonu

Amaç: Selüler leiomyom ve leimyo sarkomların Ostrojen ve progesteron reseptör ekspresyonlarını değerlendirmek. Materyal ve Method: 1997-2003 yıUarı arasında Zeynep Kamil Hastanesi Patoloji Bölümünde tanı almış 17 selüler leimyom ve 7 leiomyosarkom olgusu çalışma kapsamına alındı. Tümörleri temsil eden birer parafin blokda immunhisto kimyasal yöntemle östrojen ve progesteron reseptör boyanması incelendi. Estrogen and progesteron receptor expression in cellular leiomyomas and leiomyosarcomas

Objective:To evaluate estrogen(ER) and progesteron(PR) receptor expression in cellular leiomyomas and leiomyosarcomas Materials and Methods: The study includes 17 cases of cellular leiomyoma(CM) and 7 cases of leiomyosarcoma(LMS) which were diagnosed in Pathology Department of Zeynep Kamil Hoşpital between 1997 and 2003 years. One paraffin-embedded tümör tissue per each case were analyzed immunohistochemically for ER and PR ,receptors. Results: None of LMSs showed 'overexpression' for PR.
