Gebelikte Tanı Konulan Budd-Chiari Sendromu Takip ve Yönetimi: Olgu Sunumu

Budd-Chiari (BCS) sendromu hepatik venöz kanın kalbe ulaşım yolunda obstrüksiyonu sonucu konjesyona bağlı kara-ciğer hasarına sebep olan gebelikte nadir rastlanan bir klinik tablodur. Etiyolojisinde gebelik, oral kontraseptif kullanımı, myeleoproliferatif hastalıklar, antifosfolipid antikor sendromu gibi tromboza eğilim yaratan altta yatan birçok hastalık mev-cuttur. BCS'li kadınlarda gebelik ve gebelik sonrası yönetim ve gebelik sonuçları hakkında yeterli veri bulunmamaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunda antifosfolipid antikor sendromu zemininde BCS gelişen gebe olgusu bildirilmiştir.

Follow-up and Management of Budd-Chiari Syndrome Diagnosed During Pregnancy - Case Report

Budd-Chiari syndrome is a clinical disorder that causes congestive liver damage as a result of obstruction of hepatic venous blood flow. Many underlying factors cause thrombosis such as pregnancy, oral contraceptive use, myeleoprolifera-tive diseases, antiphospholipid syndrome (aPL). Due to BCS is rarely seen in pregnancy, there are limited data , regarding pregnancy outcome and management during the pregnancy and postpartum period. In this case report, we describe a case of pa-tients with BCS developed based on aPL during the pregnancy.
