Kovada Eğirdir ve Karacaören II Baraj göllerinde yaşayan sudak balığı (Sander lucioperca L. 1857) solungaçlarındaki glikokonjugatların histokimyasal yapısı

Bu çalışmada Kovada, Eğirdir ve Karacaören II Baraj Göllerinde yaşayan sudak balığı (Sander lucioperca) solungaçlarındaki glikokonjugat karakterinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 15 erişkin sudak balığına ait solungaç örnekleri kullanıldı. Kovada ve Eğirdir Gölleri’nde yaşayan sudakların solungaç mukus hücrelerinde çok güçlü WGA (Triticum vulgaris aglutinin) ve orta yoğunlukta SBA (Glycine max aglutinin) reaksiyonu tespit edildi. Karacaören II Baraj Gölü’nde yaşayan sudakların solungaçlarında UEA-I (Ulex europaeus aglutinin-I) reaksiyonuna rastlanmadı. Her üç gölde yaşayan sudakların solungaçlarındaki klorid hücrelerde Con A (Canavalia ensiformis aglutinin) ve WGA pozitif glikokonjugat bulunmadığı belirlendi.

The histochemical structure of glycoconjugates in gills of zander (Sander lucioperca L., 1857) living in Kovada, Eğirdir and Karacaören II Dam lakes

In this study, the gill samples of 15 adult zander were used to determine the character of glycoconjugat in gills of zander (Sander lucioperca) living in Kovada, Eğirdir and Karacaören II Dam Lakes. The very strong WGA (Triticum vulgaris agglutinin) and moderate SBA (Glycine max agglutinin) reactions were detected in mucous cells of gills of zander living in Kovada and Eğirdir lakes. There was no reaction against to UEA-I (Ulex europaeus agglutinin-I) in gills of zander living in Karacaören II Dam Lake. It was identified that there were not Con A (Canavalia ensiformis agglutinin) and WGA positive glycoconjugates in chloride cells of gills of zander living in all three lakes.
