Bleomisin uygulanan ratlarda CoQ10’ in tüylerdeki iz mineral düzeyleri üzerine etkisi

Demir miktarında, bleomisin uygulanan 6 aylık ratlarda, kontrole oranla azalma (p≤0.01); bleomisin ve CoQ10 ‘in birlikte uygulandığı 9 aylık ratlarda, kontrole oranla azalma (p≤0.05) gözlendi. Bakır miktarında, bleomisin uygulanan 9 aylık ratlarda, kontrole oranla azalma (p≤0.001); bleomisin ve CoQ10 ‘in birlikte uygulandığı 9 aylık ratlarda, kontrole oranla azalma (p≤0.01); CoQ10 uygulanan 9 aylık ratlarda, kontrole oranla azalma (p≤0.001) gözlendi. Manganez miktarında, bleomisin uygulanan 9 aylık ratlarda, kontrole oranla azalma (p≤0.001); bleomisin ve CoQ10 ‘in birlikte uygulandığı 9 aylık ratlarda, kontrole oranla azalma (p≤0.001); CoQ10 uygulanan 9 aylık ratlarda, kontrole oranla azalma (p≤0.001) gözlendi. Çinko miktarında, bleomisin ve CoQ10 ‘in birlikte uygulandığı 9 aylık ratlarda, kontrole oranla azalma (p≤0.05) gözlendi.

The effect of CoQ10 on the levels of trace minerals in bleomycin induced rat’s feathers

The concentrations of trace elements at hair and feathers use by clinical researchers to point out element profile of body to indicate alimentare deficiencies. Trace element concentrations are important criteria for diagnosis at various cancer species. This research thesis is planned to investigate the effect of CoQ10 on the levels of trace minerals in bleomycin induced rat’s feathers. At this research 50 Wistar albino rats used as a material. Groups are defined as control, BLM, BLM+CoQ10 and CoQ10. Feather samples prepared with respect to wet decomposition method and trace elements (Cu, Zn and Mn) analyses are carried out with atomic absorption device and evaluated statistically. Quantity of iron at bleomycin induced 6 months old rats, compared to control, decrease (p≤0.01); at both bleomycin and CoQ10 induced 9 months old rats, compared to control, decrease (p≤0.05) observed. Quantity of copper (Cu) at bleomycin induced 9 months old rats, compared to control, decrease (p≤0.001); at both bleomycin and CoQ10 induced 9 months old rats, compared to control, decrease (p≤0.001) observed. Quantity of manganese (Mn) at bleomycin induced 9 months old rats, compared to control, decrease (p≤0.001); at both bleomycin and CoQ10 induced 9 months old rats, compared to control, decrease (p≤0.05) observed. Quantity of zinc (Zn) at both bleomycin and CoQ10 induced 9 months old rats, compared to control, decrease (p≤0.05) observed.
