The Independent Expatriates- Academics Abroad: A Study of Expatriate Academics in New Zealand

Kanada York Üniversitesi İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi bölümünde esnek çalışma ve uluslararası (mobil) profesyoneller üzerine araştırmalar yapan Julia Richardson, yurtdışında çalışanlar (expatriate) hakkında keşfedici çalışmalar yapan bir akademisyendir. 2002 ve 2006 yıllarında yayınladığı “Leaving and Experiencing: Why Acacemics Expatriate and How They Experience Expatriation” ve “Exploring Relationships with Home and Host Countries” adlı iki çalışmanın da bir ürünü sayılabilecek nitelikte olan “The Independent Expatriates” adlı kitabı 2008 yılında piyasaya çıkmıştır.
