İş - Aile Yayılımı Ve Çalışmaya Tutkunluğun Aracı Rolü

Bu çalışma ile pozitif ve negatif aile-iş yayılımının çalışmaya tutkunluk aracılığı ile pozitif ve negatif iş-aile yayılımı üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Kırklareli Devlet Hastanesinde görev yapan 490 sağlık çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden ve tüm anket sorularını eksiksiz cevaplayan 228 çalışanın verileri araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Veriler anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. İş-aile yayılımını ölçmek amacıyla Grzywacz ve Marks (2000) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan 14 ifadeli ölçek kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya tutkunluk boyutunu ölçmek amacıyla ise Schaufeli ve arkadaşları (2017) tarafından geliştirilen Utrech Çalışmaya Tutkunluk (UWES-3) ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bütün ölçekler 5’li Likert tipi ölçeklerdir (1=Kesinlikle Katılmıyorum, 5= Kesinlikle Katılıyorum). Verilerin analizinde SPSS 22 ve LISREL 8.80 programları kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda pozitif aile-iş yayılımının çalışmaya tutkunluk aracılığı ile pozitif iş-aile yayılımı üzerinde etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Negatif aile-iş yayılımın ise çalışmaya tutkunluk aracılığı ile negatif iş-aile yayılımı üzerinde anlamlı etkisi olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. 

Work-Family Spillover and The Mediating Role of Work Engagement

It is aimed to examine the effect of positive and negative family -to- work spilloveron the positive and negative work -to- family spillover through work engagement inthis study. The population of the study consisted of 490 healthcare employees workingin a state hospital. The sample consisted of 228 employees who agreed to participatethis study and filled out all questionnaires. Data were collected by questionnaire method.LISREL 8.80 and SPSS 22 software programs were used for analyzing the data.Results of the analyses revealed that positive family -to- work spillover had an effecton positive work -to- family spillover through work engagement. Negative family -toworkspillover had no significant effect on negative work -to- family spillover throughwork engagement. This research was expected to contribute to the literature aboutwork-family spillover.
