Penis boyutlarında değişiklik yapmaya yönelik uygulanan tedavi prosedürleri

Erkekler çeşitli nedenlerle penis ölçülerine bağlı kaygı yaşayabilmektedir. Çoğu zaman bu kaygı, bu kişileri kendi başlarına kontrolsüz bir çare arayışı içine sokmaktadır. Penis boyunun verdiği sıkıntı nedeniyle çare arayan erkekler için gerek cerrahi dışı ve gerekse de cerrahi yoluyla uygulanan çeşitli tedavi alternatifleri mevcuttur. Ancak bu konuya ait tedavi kılavuzlarının ve kanıta dayalı çalışmaların eksikliği nedeniyle bu konuda hala standart bir tedavi prosedürü ortaya koyulamamıştır. Bu yazıda penis büyütücü olasılıkları ve küçük penis şikâyeti ile gelen kişilere hekimin genel yaklaşımının nasıl olması gerektiği konusunda literatür eşliğinde bilgi verilmesi amaçlandı

Treatment procedures those aim at creating alteration in penile size

Many men may have anxiety related to their penile size. This anxiety commonly lets the men alone in an uncontrolled search for cure. Surgical and non-surgical treatment modalities are possible for men with anxiety regarding penile size and in a search for the cure. However, a standardized treatment procedure was not created because of the lack of guidelines and evidence based studies yet. In the present study, we aimed to give information by the guidance of previous literature about penile enhancing possibilities and the management of patients with the complaint of small penis size by the clinician
