REKREASYON OLGUSUNA AKADEMİSYENLERİN YAKLAŞIMLARI

Bu çalışma, rekreasyon ve ilgili kavramları, rekreasyonun boyutlarını ve diğer disiplinlerle ilişkilerini ortaya koyarak; Türkiye’de rekreasyon ile ilgili çalışmaları bulunan akademisyenlerin konuya yaklaşımlarının incelenmesini içermektedir. Verilerin toplanmasında, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, akademisyenlerden elde edilen verilerin daha sonra yapılabilecek araştırmalara veri teşkil etmesi ve görüş ayrılıklarına dikkat çekerek; bilimsel açıdan sınanması gereken bazı sorunsalları ortaya koymaktır. Sonuç olarak; akademisyenler arasında rekreasyon kavramına ilişkin bazı görüş farklılıkların olduğu tespit edilmiş ve rekreasyonla ilgili bazı konulara hakim olmadıkları saptanmıştır.

REKREASYON OLGUSUNA AKADEMİSYENLERİN YAKLAŞIMLARI

This study includes examining recreation and related notions, dimensions of recreation and relation of relevant disciplines with recreation, by assessing the approach on the recreation phenomenon of academicians who have studies related to recreation in Turkey. For data collection semi-structured interview technique was used in qualitative research methods. The purpose of study is to emerge some problematic issues which needed to be tested, by pointing out the conflict between academicians and the data obtained from academicians could be used in future researches. The results reveal that there are some significant differences related to recreation phenomenon between academicians who were interviewed, and indicated that the academicians have not enough knowledge about some issues concerning recreation.
