ÖRGÜT KÜLTÜRÜ GÖRSEL ÖĞELERİNİN ÖRGÜT ÇALIŞANLARI TARAFINDAN ALGILANMASI: BİŞKEK ÖRNEĞİ

Örgüt kültürünün örgütsel davranış ve performans üzerindeki önem ve etkisi oldukça büyüktür. Gelişmiş ülkelerde sosyal bir olgu olarak örgüt kültürü uzun zamandır hem akademik, hem de uygulama alannında araştırılmış olup, bu olgudan uygulama alanında da yararlanılmaktadır. Ancak Kırgızistan gibi geçiş ekonomilerinde örgüt kültürü, belirli boyutları bakımından yabancı olmamasına karşın akademik alanda yeterli bir ilgi ile incelenmemiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, örgüt kültürünün işletmelerde yeterli ölçüde değerlendirilmediği düşünülen Kırgızistan işletmeleri örneğinde, örgüt kültürü taşıyıcıları olarak çalışanların içinde bulundukları örgüt kültürü görsel öğelerini algılamasını ölçmektir. Bu amaçla çalışmada, örgüt kültürü öğelerini algılama düzeyini belirlemek üzere üç büyük Kırgız işletmesinde çalışan 267 işgören üzerinde yapılan alan araştırmasının yöntemi, elde edilen ilginç bulguları ile sonuç ve öneriler incelenmiştir.

The importance of organizational culture is widely recognized in the field of organizational behavior and performance. Organizational culture as a social phenomenon for a long time was investigated and evaluated in developed countries both an academic and practical fields. However, in transition economies like Kyrgyzstan, in spite of partly newness of some aspects of organizational culture in this country to this topic was not given enough attention in the academic field. The purpose of this study is to measure a perception of employees on visual elements organizational culture in the case of business in Kyrgyzstan where this topic is considered to be insufficiently evaluated in this region. Designated for this purpose paper studies on perception of culture carriers of visual elements and gives interesting findings. Some proposals for evaluation of visual elements potential of organizational culture at the business were presented.
