KÜÇÜK VE ORTA BOY İŞLETMELERDE (KOBİ) ÖRGÜTSEL ÖĞRENME VE YENİLİK PERFORMANSI İLİŞKİSİNİN GENEL PERFORMANSA ETKİLERİ

Bu çalışmada işletmelerdeki örgütsel öğrenmenin genel performans üzerindeki etkisinde yenilik performansının aracılık rolü yapısal eşitlik modeli (YEM) yardımıyla incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla hazırlanan soru anketi, Türkiye’nin farklı illerinde faaliyet gösteren küçük ve orta büyüklükteki işletmelere (KOBİ) uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen 480 adet anket sonuçlarına göre; örgütsel öğrenme, yenilik performansı ve genel performans arasında anlamlı ve pozitif ilişkiler vardır. Ayrıca, yenilik performansı, örgütsel öğrenme ve genel performans arasındaki ilişkide aracılık rolü oynamaktadır.

In this study, it is asserted that innovation performance plays mediater role in the relation of organizational learning and firm performance of organizations using structural equation model (SEM). Questionnaire prepared for this purpose is implemented to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in different provinces of Turkey. According to the results obtained from the 480 questionnaires; there are positive and significant relationships between organizational learning, innovation performance and firm performance. In addition, innovation performance plays mediater role in the relation of organizational learning and firm performance.
