Aile İşletmelerinde Yönetim Devri ve Temel Kurumsallaşma Uygulamaları: Ege Otomotiv Derneği Üyeleri Çalışması

Aile işletmelerinin nesiller boyu sürdürülebilir devamlılığı için bazı temel kurumsallaşma uygulamalarının başlatılması ve nesiller arası yönetim devirlerinin başarıyla sonuçlandırılması gerekmektedir. Ancak, bu sürecin ilk basamağı olan temel kurumsallaşma uygulamalarının ilk evreleri hızla aşılırken son evrelerine ulaşılamadığı için birçok aile işletmelerinin nesiller arası devamlılığı sağlanamamaktadır. Bu makalede Ege Otomotiv Derneği’ne üye aile işletmelerinin temel kurumsallaşma uygulamaları ve yönetim devri üzerine hem algıları hem de çalışmaları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, bu makalenin temel kurumsallaşma uygulamaları sonuçları, iki ayrı alan çalışmasının sonuçlarıyla kıyaslanmış ve her üç alan çalışmasının ilgili sonuçlarında çok önemli benzerlikler saptanmıştır.

It is required to start some basic institutionalization applications and to conclude successful succession plans among generations to sustain the continuation of family firms. Although the first phases of basic institutionalization applications, which are the first steps of this process, are surpassed quickly, since it cannot be leaded to the last phases, the continuation of many family firms cannot be succeeded for generations.
