Özet 1 :Antik Yunan ve Günümüz Tiyatrosu’nun Siyasi ve Toplumsal İşlevinin Kültürel Sürdürülebilirliğe Katkısı Üzerine İncelemeler ve Düşünceler    Günümüzde pek çok toplumsal ve siyasi kurumun antik Yunan’dan temellenerek çağdaş bazı değişikliklerle devam ettiriliyor olması, antik Yunan toplumunun bilincinde belirgin olarak görülen istikrarın ve çözüme yönelik çabaların, doğruluğunu gözler önüne sermektedir. Dünya Tarihi’ne bakıldığında da, tüm gelişmiş toplumların temelinde benzer bilincin yatıyor olduğu gözlenmektedir. Bu sebeple toplumların gelişimine kaynaklık eden her türlü düşünce ve faaliyet, uygarlığın gelişimi ve kültürel sürdürülebilirlik açısından oldukça önemlidir. Tiyatro gösterileri de geçmişten günümüze, zaman zaman toplumların gelişimine kaynaklık edebilen faaliyetler arasında yer almıştır ve almaktadır. Erken dönemde tiyatro gösterilerinin ortaya çıkışı, birçok toplum tarafından dinsel ayin amaçlı başlatılan gösteriler ile gerçekleştirilmiş olsalar da, zamanla bu gösteriler beğenilmiş, başta antik Yunan yazarları tarafından, oyun haline getirilerek sahnelenmeleri sağlanmış ve böylece toplumsal gelişime kaynaklık edecek bir faaliyetin daha temelleri atılmıştır. Bu durum ile birlikte, eğlendirmenin yanında hem halkı aydınlatmak hem de yönetimde ki aksaklıklara dikkati çekmek amacıyla çeşitli eserler ortaya çıkarılmış ve toplumların ilerlemesine katkıda bulunulmuştur. Bu sebeple çalışmamızda; Antik Yunan ve Günümüz tiyatrosunun konuları, siyasi ve toplumsal işlevleri açısından, incelenmiş ve karşılaştırmalarla kültürel sürdürülebilirlik ve uygarlığın gelişimi açısından, değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.Özet 2 :Analyzes and Thoughts on the Contribution of the Political and Social Function of Ancient Greek and Contemporary Theatre to Cultural Sustainability The fact that many modern social and political institutions are based on ancient Greece and resumed with some modern changes reveals the correctness of the efforts towards stability and solution, which are conspicuous in the consciousness of ancient Greek society. Upon a look at the World history, a similar consciousness laying at the basis of all developed societies is observed. Therefore, for the development of civilization and cultural sustainability, all kinds of ideas and activities, which provide resources for the development of societies are very important in terms of sustainability. From the past to the present, theatre performances themselves have taken place among the activities, which might provide resources for the activities for the development of societies, and they still do so. Although the emergence of theatre performances commenced by the aims of religious rites in many societies in the early period, they were liked, produced as plays mainly by the Greek writers, acted, and thus started the basis of another activity to provide resources for the development of the society. Besides entertainment, in order to enlighten the society and draw attention to the impediments in governance, plays were produced and contributed for the development of the societies. Therefore, in our the study; the issues of ancient Greek's and today's theatre have been analyzed in terms of their political and social functions, and by comparisons, they have been evaluated in terms of cultural sustainability and development of civilization.
