Destinasyon paydaşları ile ilişkiler ve uygulanan stratejiler: Türkiye'deki il kültür ve turizm müdürlükleri ve paydaşları üzerine bir araştırma

Çalışmada paydaş ilişkileri çerçevesinde Türkiye'deki İl Kültür ve Turizm Müdürlüklerinin destinasyon paydaşları ile olan ilişkileri ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda, İl Kültür ve Turizm Müdürlüklerinin, destinasyon paydaşları tarafından yaratılan problemler, potansiyel tehdit ve işbirliklerine ilişkin algıları ile destinasyon paydaşlarına karşı uygulanan stratejiler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Anket yöntemiyle elde edilen verilere ilişkin yapılan analizler sonucunda, destinasyon yönetimlerinin en fazla önemli gördükleri paydaşlar; Valilikler, Belediyeler ve İl Özel İdareleri olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca paydaşların çoğunluğu destinasyon yönetimine yönelik destekleyici ve işbirliği yaklaşımı içindedir. Bununla birlikte paydaşların daha çok katılımcı bir strateji izledikleri, problem veya tehdit yaratmaktan uzak oldukları görülmüştür.

The relations with destination stakeholders and applying strategies: A research on provincial directorates of culture and tourism and their stakeholders in Turkey

The study emphases on relationships between Directors of Provincial Directorates of Culture and Tourism (PDCT)'s and their stakeholders. Accordingly, PDCT's perceptions which are related to destination stakeholders' potential to threaten and cooperate with the PDCT's, the problems which are composed by destination stakeholders and applied strategies toward to destination stakeholders by PDCT's are tried to determined in this study. As a result of performed analyses related to data gained by questionnaire form, the most important stakeholders perceived by destination management are determined as governorships, municipalities and provincial authority. Moreover, the majorities of stakeholders tend to support and cooperate with destination management. However, the stakeholders follow the participative strategy more than the others and they tend to keep away from causing potential threat or problem.
