Messerann Kiti Kullanılarak Kırık Kök Kanal Aletinin Çıkarılması: Olgu Sunumu

Bu vaka raporunun amacı kök kanal tedavisinin komplikasyonlarından olan ve başarısını olumsuz etkileyen, kök kanalında kırılan eğenin Messerann kiti kullanılarak çıkartılmasını değerlendirmektir. 37 yaşında bir kadın hasta 16 no’lu dişinde ağrı şikayetiyle kliniğimize başvurmuştur.

Removal of the Fractured Root Canal Instrument Using Masserann Kit: Case Report

of the complications of root canal treatment and which adversely affects its success. A 43- year-old female patient was admitted to our clinic with the complaint of pain in her 16 tooth. In the anamnesis, it was learned that the patient applied to the dentist because of the pain during chewing and the root canal treatment was started 2 months ago and then she was referred to our clinic. Clinical examination revealed temporary restoration of the tooth and a positive response in the palpation and percussion of the tooth. Radiographic examination revealed a radiopaque body extending from the cervical triad of the mesiobuccal canal to the middle triple. Temporary filling root was detected. The fracture file was removed using the trepan drill and extractor of the Masserann Kit (Micromega, Besancon, France). The root canals were filled with gutta-percha a single cone method after cleaning and shaping with the crown down technique. Successful canal treatments can be performed by eliminating such complications with the appropriate position of the broken instrument in the root canal, selection of the right equipment in the removal and the experience of the physician.
