VIKOR VE MOORA YÖNTEMLERİ İLE MALZEME TAŞIMA SİSTEMİ SEÇİMİ

Malzeme taşıma ve depolama işlemleri, fabrika içi lojistik hareketlerini kapsayan ve üretimin her alanında etkin olarak kullanılan faaliyetlerdendir. Temel amacı, istenen malzemenin, doğru miktarda, doğru yerde, doğru zamanda, doğru koşullarda, minimum maliyetle ve güvenli bir şekilde taşınmasını sağlamaktır. Yapılan çalışmada, savunma sanayinde yer alan bir firmanın üretim bölümündeki taşıma problemlerine çözüm getirmek ve uygun taşıma yönteminin seçimini sağlamak amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda, imalat bölümünde taşımada meydana gelen problemler ve bu problemlerin nedenlerini belirlemek için Pareto analizi yapılmıştır. Üretimi aksatan bu problemleri ortadan kaldırmak amacıyla öncelikle imalat ortamına özgü olarak taşımada önem arz eden kriterler (araç kapasitesi, satın alma maliyeti, taşıma hassasiyeti, araç hızı, üretim ortamına uygulanabilirlik, taşıma kolaylığı, bakım-onarım sıklığı, ergonomi olmak üzere sekiz farklı kriter) belirlenmiş ve kriterlerin önem dereceleri AHP yöntemi ile hesaplanmıştır. Sonrasında ise yine imalat ortamına uygun dört farklı taşıma alternatifi (el arabası, römorklu çekici tren, çatallı yük arabası ve otomatik yönlendirmeli araçlar) belirlenerek; bu alternatifler içerisinden en uygun olanın seçimi VIKOR ve MOORA yöntemleri kullanılarak yapılmıştır.

SELECTION OF MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM by USING VIKOR&MOORA METHODS

Material handling and storage operations are activities that are used effectively in all areas of production including internal logistics movements. The main objective is to ensure that the needed material is transported in the right amount, in the right place, at the right time, in the right conditions, with minimum cost and safely. In this study, it is aimed to solve the material handling problems in the production department of a company in the defense industry and to ensure the selection of suitable material handling methods. In this context, Pareto analysis has been carried out in order to determine the material handling problems and the causes of these in the production. In order to eliminate these problems that interrupt the production, firstly, the criteria (eight different criteria for material handling: vehicle capacity, purchase cost, transportation accuracy, vehicle speed, applicability to production environment, ease of transportation, maintenance-repair frequency, ergonomics), which are important in the material handling and dependent to production environment, have been determined. And the importance degree of criteria are computed by AHP. Then, four different alternatives (wheelbarrow, trailer towing trailers, forklift trucks, auto-guided vehicles) suitable for production system are determined to select the most appropriate one among these alternatives by comparing VIKOR and MOORA methods.
