PRID'lerin çıkarılmasını izleyen yaklaşık 56. saatte sun'i tohumlamalar yapıldı. II. Kulak implantlannın uzaklaştırılmasını izleyen yaklaşık 56. saatte sun'i tohumlamalar yapıldı. III. Grup; Sıfınncı günde GnRH, 7. günde $PGF_2alpha$ , 9'uncu günde GnRH im olarak uygulandı. Sun'i tohumlamalar son GnRH uygulamasını izleyen yaklaşık 16. saatte yapıldı.

Comparison of estrus and pregnancy rates in cyclic and non cyclic anestrus dairy cows treated with ovsynch, PRID+ $PGF_2alpha$+PMSG and ear implant containing norgestomet+ $PGF_2alpha$ +PMSG

The objective of this study was to compare the effects on estrus detection and first service pregnancy rates, distribution of induced estrus using three differents treatment methods as PRID + $PGF_2alpha$ + PMSG, ear implant containing norgestomet + $PGF_2alpha$ + PMSG, ovsynch in postparum unobserved estrus dairy cows . On 25 dairy farms, 331 unobserved estrus dairy cows being at least on days 60 following parturation randomly assigned to three treatments groups. Group I. On day 0 PRIDs were inserted, on days 7 $PGF_2alpha$ received via im, on days 9 PRIDs removed and 500 IU PMSG injected.and AI occurred approximality at 56th hours following PRIDs removel Group II. Subcutanaus ear implants containing norgestomet were inserted (on day 0), followed immediately administrated norgestomet + estradiol valerate injectabl solution via im. After 7 days, $PGF_2alpha$ was administrated via im, on days 9 implants removed and 500 IU PMSG injected. Al was administrated at approximality 56th hours following implants removel. Group III. On 0 day a GnRH analogue received via im, on 7 days PGF2a administrated, 48th hours later second GnRH injected and AI occured about 16 hours later after second GnRH injection. Cows were observed for sings eftrus, twice daily for 5 days. Proportion of cows observed in estrus were 60.36 %, 50.45 %, 22.93 % for groups I, II, III respectively. Estrus detection rates in group I and group II were significantly higher than its group III (ovsynch) (P< 0.001). First service pregnancy rates were determined 39.63 %, 45.94 %, 42.20 % for groups I, II, III respectively. Observed estrus in ovsynch group accumulated in first day, in other groups accumulated in second day after latest hormonal administrations.
