Bu çalışmada buzağılamadan bir hafta önce ve doğumu takiben bir hafta içinde ineklerden alınan kan örnekleri total protein, albumin, globulin, glikoz, total kolesterol ve üre değerleri yönünden incelendi. Plazma total protein değerleri gebe ineklerde 7.51, laktasyondakilerde 7.96 g/dl olarak bulundu. Aradaki farkın istatistiksel açıdan önemli olduğu görüldü.(P

In this study, blood samples of cows one week before and after calving were examined for total protein, albumin, globulin, total kolesterol, glucose and plasma urea. Plasma total protein values were 7.51 g/dl in pregnant cows and 7.96 g/dl in lactating cows. The difference between these values were statistically significant (P<0.05). The plasma amounts of albumin 3.40 g/dl, globulin 4.41 g/dl were found in pregnant cows. In the lactating cows following values were determined albumin 3.10 g/dl, globulin 4.55 g/dl. The difference between albumin values were statistically significant (P<0.01). Glucose, total cholesterol and plasma urea values were determined respectively 52.50 mg/dl, 96.0 mg/dl, 27.25 mg/dl in pregnant cows; 56.81 mg/dl, 104.6 mg/dl, 39.25 mg/dl in lactating cows. The difference between plasma urea values were satatistically significant (P<0.01).
