Örgütlerde e-öğrenme açılımı

Günümüzde işletmeler artan bir hızla bilişim sistemlerine yatırım yapmaktadır. Bu kapsamda insan Kaynakları Yönetim (İKY) uygulamalarında ve politikalarında, Web tabanlı uygulamaların kullanımı hızla artış göstermektedir. Bu uygulamalar içinde, son yıllarda en çok ilgi gören konulardan biri elektronik öğrenme (e-öğrenme) yöntemleri olmuştur. E-öğrenmenin örgütlere sağladığı maliyet, zaman ve yer avantajı konunun insan kaynakları pratiklerinde taşıdığı önemi artırmaktadır. Günümüzde e-öğrenme, çalışanlar için sürekli öğrenme ve gelişmeyi hedeflemiş ticari örgütlerde oldukça önemli bir eğitim biçimi haline gelmiştir. Bu çerçevede çalışmada, örgütlerde e- öğrenme yaklaşımı çeşitli boyutları ile araştırılmakta ve bu öğrenme yönteminin etkinliğini belirleyen unsurların neler olduğu ve söz konusu eğitim uygulamalarının etkinliğinin nasıl değerlendirilebileceği üzerinde durulmaktadır.

Nowadays growing attention of companies invests information technologies. In this sense implimentation of web based applications to human resource practiceses and politics has been increasing rapidly. One of these applications which has been very attractive in recent years is electronic learning (elearning) method. E-learning methods main utility on cost, time and location to organizations, to add to the weight of concepts in human resource practices. Thus it becomes popular in organizations which have been given attention or focus on its employee’s constant learning and development. In this framework this study investigates position of e-learning from different aspects in organizations, its components, performance factors and evaluation of e- learning applications.
