SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİNDE KALİTE İYİLEŞTİRME VE TÜRKİYE SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ KALİTE VE AKREDİTASYON ENSTİTÜSÜ

Kaliteli sağlık hizmeti sunmak isteyen kurum ve kuruluşlar, sunduğu hizmetin kalitesini ölçmek, çalışan, klinik ve kurum düzeyinde iyileştirmeler planlayıp uygulamak ve yeniden değerlendirme sürecini bir sistem dâhilinde sürekli hale getirmek durumundadır. Bir organizasyonun misyonunda yer alan, doğru şeyi yapmak ve mükemmelliğin peşinde koşmak kaliteye iyileştirme programları ile sağlanabilecektir. Türkiye’de akreditasyonun yanı sıra sağlık kurumları için merkezi kalite denetimleri yapılmaktadır. Aynı zamanda sürekli ve sistematik kalite iyileştirme aktivitelerini güvence altına alan hasta odaklı kalite yönetim sistemlerine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu çalışma, TÜSKA akreditasyon sistemine ilaveten sürekli kalite iyileştirme programlarının oluşturulmasının önemi ortaya koymak amacı ile yapılmıştır.

QUALITY IMPROVEMENT IN HEALTHCARE AND TURKISH HEALTH CARE QUALITY AND ACCREDITATION INSTITUTE

Institutions and organizations wishing to provide quality healthcare services must measure the quality of the service they offer, plan and implement improvements at the employee, clinic and institutional level, and make the re-evaluation process continuous within a system. The mission of an organization, the desire to do the right thing and the general pursuit of excellence are reasonable justifications for quality improvement programs. In addition to accreditation, central quality auditing are carried out for health institutions in Turkey. At the same time, there is a need for patient-focused quality management systems that ensure continuous and systematic quality improvement activities. This study was carried out with the aim of demonstrate the importance of continuous quality improvement programs in addition to TUSKA accreditation system.
