14-16 Yaş Okçularda Üst Ekstremite Dinamik Denge Skorlarının İncelenmesi

Amaç: Üst ekstremite y dinamik denge testi, sporcularda üst ekstremitenin sınırlarını ve asimetrelerini değerlendirmek için yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada 14-16 yaş arası okçuların üst ekstremite dinamik denge skorlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışmaya yaş ortalaması 14,95±0,88, boy ortalaması 170,38±9,62 ve kilo ortalaması 62,74±11,20 olan 47 sporcu (Erkek=32 ve Kadın=15) katılmıştır. Katılımcıların üst ekstremite dinamik denge skorları, üst ekstremite y dinamik denge testi ile ölçülmüştür. Kompozit skorlar, (Medial + İnferolateral + Süperolateral / 3) formülü kullanılarak hesaplanmıştır. Bulgular: Okçularda üst ekstremite y dinamik denge testi sonucunda sadece inferolateral yönde sağ ve sol ölçümler arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur (p0.05). Investigation of Upper Extremity Dynamic Balance Scores in Archers Aged Between 14-16

Aim: The upper extremity y dynamic balance test is widely used to evaluate the limits and asymmetries of the upper extremity in athletes. The study aimed to examine the upper extremity dynamic balance scores of archers aged between 14-16. Methods: 47 athletes (Male=32 and Female=15) with an average age of 14.95±0.88, an average height of 170.38±9.62 and an average weight of 62.74±11.20 participated voluntarily in the study. Upper extremity dynamic balance scores of the participants were measured with the upper extremity y dynamic balance test. Composite scores were calculated using the formula (Medial + Inferolateral + Superolateral / 3). Results: As a result of the upper extremity y dynamic balance test in archers, a significant difference was found between the right and left measurements only in the inferolateral direction (p0.05).
