Bazı doğal pestisitlerin laboratuvarda Phytoseiulus persimilis A.-H. (Acarina: Phytoseiidae)' e yan etkileri

Seralarda uygulanabilecek bazı doğal pestisitlerin avcı akar Phytoseiulus persimilis A.H. (Acarina: Phytoseiidae)'e yan etkilerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla bu çalışma 2002-2003 yılları arasında E. Ü. Ziraat Fakültesi Bitki Koruma Bölümü laboratuvarlarında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Denemeler, Uluslararası Biyolojik Savaş Organizasyonu (IOBC)'nun Pestisitler ve Yararlı Organizmalar çalışma grubu standartlarına göre kurulmuş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Sodyum bikarbonat, Hot pepper wax ve arap sabunu sırasıyla % 12, % 14 ve % 18 ergin öncesi ölüm oranı ve %14, % 19, % 33 yumurta verimine etkiyle zararsız olarak saptanmıştır. Organica neem oil ve NeemAzal T/S sırasıyla % 68 ve % 78'lik ergin öncesi ölüm oranı ve % 77 ve % 75 yumurta verimine etkiyle az zararlı, tütün % 87'lik ergin öncesi ölüm oranı ve % 85 yumurta verimine etkiyle orta derecede zararlı, Herba vetyl ise % 100'lük ergin öncesi ölüm oranına etkiyle zararlı olarak bulunmuştur.

Side-effects of some natural pesticides on the predatory mite (Phytoseiulus persimilis A.-H. (Acarina: Phtoseiidae) in laboratory

The aim of this study was to determine side-effects of natural pesticides to be applied in greenhouses on Phytoseiulus persimilis A.-H. (Acarina: Phytoseiidae). This study was conducted in laboratories at Ege University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Plant Protection between 2002 and 2003. Experiments have been performed and evaluated according to Working Group Pesticides and Beneficial Organisms of IOBC (International Organization for Biological Control). Sodium bicarbonate, Hot pepper wax, soft soap with the preadult death rate of 12 %, 14 %, 18 %, and with the egg fertility of 14 %, 19 %, 33 %, respectively were determined as harmless. Organica neem oil and NeemAzal T/S with the preadult death rate of 68 %, 78 %, and with the egg fertility of 77 %, 75 % were found as slightly harmful. Tobacco with the preadult death rate of 87 % and the egg fertility of 85 % was determined as moderately harmful. However, Herba vetyl with the preadult death rate of 100 % was found as harmful
