Yanık Hastalıklarında nozokomiyal infeksiyoınlar

Nozokomiyal infeksiyonlar yanık hastalarında büyük bir sağlık sorunu oluşturur. Ağır yanik yarala- rında. normal deri engellerinin yıkımlanması ve immun yanıtların baskılanması sonuco hastalar özellikle infek— siyona duyadılaşırlar. Bu nedenle yanık hastaları diğer hasta gruplarından daha kolay inteksiyona tutulurlar. "fanık hastalarında inteksiyonlar morbidite ve morta- litenin önemli bir nedeni olmaya devam etmektedir. Bu makalede yanık hastalarında görülen nozokomiyal infek— siyonların mekanizması. özellikleri. insidansı. etken patojenler ve önlemler değerlendirilmiştir
