Obeziteli Erkeklerde D Vitamini, Vücut Kompozisyonu ve Lipid Profili Arasındaki İlişki
Amaç: Dünya Sağlık Örgütü’nün obezite sınıflamasında kullanılan vücut kütle indeksi (VKİ) göre; 30-34,99 kg/m2 I. derece obez, 35-39,99 kg/m2 II. derece obez ve ≥ 40 kg/m2 III. derece obez olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Araştırmamızda obeziteli erkek bireylerde D vitaminiyle vücut kompozisyonu ve lipid profili arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemeyi hedefledik.
Gereç ve Yöntemler: 232 obeziteli erkek bireyin değerleri retrospektif olarak çalışmaya dâhil edildi. The Relationship Between Vitamin D, Body Composition and Lipid Profile in Male Subjects with Obesity
Aim: Body mass index (BMI) 30.0-34.99 kg/m2 class I obese, 35.0-39.99 kg/m2 class II obese and ≥ 40 kg/m2 class III obese are defined according to World Health Organization’s classification of obesity. In our study, we aimed to determine the relationship between vitamin D and body composition and lipid profile in obese male individuals.
Material and Methods: The values of 232 obese male individuals were included in the study retrospectively.
