Teknolojinin hızlı gelişimi ve bu gelişimin devletleri dönüşüme zorlamasıyla beraber günümüzde artık bilgi toplumu bir hayli önem ve popülarite kazanmıştır. Bilgi toplumlarının bir gerekliliği olarak, e-dönüşüm süreci ülkemizde de internetin ve teknolojinin yayılmasıyla hızla gelişmektedir. Bu gelişme beraberinde internet ortamından sağlanan kamusal hizmetlerin çerçevesi ve özellikle bu hizmetler kapsamında kişilerin kişisel verilerinin korunması durumunu da getirmektedir. İşbu makale kapsamında kısaca ülkemizdeki e-dönüşümün tarihçesi anlatılacak olup buradan da özellikle e-devlet kapısı projesi, HES kodu uygulaması ve bu uygulama kapsamında işlenen kişisel veriler genel olarak incelenecektir

With the rapid development of technology, and the immediacy in which these developments have forced the states to transform have raised the importance and popularity of the information society. As a necessity of information societies, the e-transformation process has been developing rapidly in our country with the spread of internet and technology. This development brings with it the framework of public service provided through the internet, and the protection of personal data of individuals within the scope of these services. Within the scope of this article, the history of e-transformation in our country will be briefly explained, and from there, especially the e-government gate project, the HES code application and the personal data processed within the scope of this application will be generally examined.
