"Milli Duygu" ve "Millî kimlik" ise, milliyet kavramını oluşturur. Milliyet, özü itibariyle dine, kültüre ve medeniyete dayanan ortaklıklar demektir. Millet; geçmişte ortak hatıraları olan, bugün de ortak ülküleri bulunan ve gelecek için ortak yaşama iradesine sahip olan topluluk demektir. Bu ortak topluluk için en önemli kavram da "ana dil" kavramıdır. Bu bakımdan bu toprakların ortak mirası ve ortak sesi 'Türkçe'dir. Türkçe, dünyanın en yaygın dilleri sıralamasında rahatlıkla ilk beş-on aralığındadır. Bu topraklarda var olan her değer, hepimizin ortak değeridir. Tıpkı; diğer ana dillerimiz gibi Türkçe de bu milletin ortak birleştirici değeridir. Dil birliği bozulursa, bu toplumu başka hiçbir "şey" bir arada tutamaz. Resmi dilimiz Türkçe, Vatan, Bayrak vb. ortak kutsallarımız üzerinde tartışmalar yapmak, kesinlikle milli birliğimizi bozar. Türk milleti bütünlüğü içinde geleceğimiz ortak duygu, değer ve gelecek ideallerimize bağlıdır. Bu ortaklığın en güçlü yapıştırıcısı ise ortak resmi ve eğitim dilimiz olan Türkçedir. People have to live together as a requirement of creation. They bring together the most important partnership that establishes a common will to live are religious feelings, national values, life styles.
