Rana ridibunda (Amphibia-Anura)' nın sindirim sisteminde endokommensal olarak yaşayan iki siliyat türünün elektron mikroskobik yapıları
Bu çalışmada Rana ridibunda'nm sindirim sisteminden alınan Balantidium elongatum ve B. duodeni'rim ultrastrüktürleri incelenmiştir. Her kinetozomdan orijinlenen kinetodezmal fibril ve mikrotübüler fibrillere ilaveten vakuoler zon, mikrotübüler demetler ve diğer sitoplazmik yapılar elektron mikroskobuyla tanımlanmıştır.
The electron microscpic structures of the two ciliated species living endocommensally in the digestive system of Rana ridibunda (Amphibia-Anura)
In this study ultrastructures of Balantidium elongatum and B.duodeni obtained from the digestive system of Rana ridibunda have been examined. In addition to the kinetodesmal fibril and microtubular fibrils oryinating from each kinetosome. a vacuoiar zone, microtubular bundles and other cytoplasmic structures have been described by electron microscopy.
