A new record for the spider fauna of Iran: Olios sericeus (Araneae: Sparassidae)

In this study, Olios sericeus (Kroneberg, 1875) is introduced as a new record to the fauna of the spiders of Iran. Photos and a drawing of the male specimen are presented and its zoogeographic distribution is discussed.
