Klinik olarak sağlıklı devekuşlarında bazı hematolojik ve biyokimyasal parametreler üzerine araştırmalar

Bu çalışmada klinik muayeneleri sonucu sağlıklı olduğu tespit edilen 1-3 yaş arasında ve her iki cinsiyetten toplam 18 devekuşunun normal hematolojik ve biyokimyasal değerlerinin saptanması amaçlandı. Hematolojik parametrelerden eritrosit, lökosit, hematokrit ve hemoglobin, biyokimyasal parametrelerden glikoz, total protein, albumin, globulin, üre. kreatinin, serum enzimleri (ALP, AST, ALT, GGT, CK, amilaz ) ve elektrolit ( Ca, P, Mg, Zn, Cu, Na, K, Cl ) düzeyleri tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak elde edilen verilerle devekuşlarındaki referans değerlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Studies on some haematological and biochemical parameters in clinicaly healthy ostriches

This study was carried out to determine the normal haematological and biochemical parameters of clinically healthy ostriches 1-3 years old of either sex. Red blood cells, white blood cells, haematocrit and haemoglobin values (as haematological parameters) and glucose, total protein, albumin, globulin, urea, kreatinine, serum enzymes (ALP, AST, ALT, GGT, CK, amilase) (as biochemical parameters) and electrolytes (Ca, P, Mg, Zn, Cu, Na, K, Cl) levels were measured. It was concluded that the values obtained in this study could be used as reference values for ostriches.
