Esmer ırk inek ve düvelerde GnRH-PGF 2 alfa-GnRH ve PGF 2 alfa ile östrus ve ovulasyon senkronizasyonu ve dölverim performansı

Bu çalışma, sadece prostaglandin F2 alfa $(PGF_{2alpha})$ ya da gonadotropin-rilizing hormonla (GnRH) birlikte kullanarak östrusları ve ovulasyonları senkronize edilen Brown Swiss ırkı inek ve düvelerin dölverim performanslarını karşılaştırmak amacıyla yapıldı. Tek ya da birden fazla doğum yapmış inekler (postpartum 45 ile 75 gün; n = 26) ve doğum yapmamış düvelerden (16 ile 20 aylık; n = 26 ) rastgele iki hormon uygulama grubu oluşturuldu, 1- GnRH enjeksiyonunu, 7. günde $PGF_{2alpha}$ enjeksiyonu takip etti daha sonra diğer GnRH enjeksiyonu 9. günde yapıldı ve ikinci GnRH enjeksiyonundan 16 saat sonra sun'i tohumlama (ST) uygulandı (grup I). 2-11 gün arayla $PGF_{2alpha}$ yapılarak, ilk ve ikinci $PGF_{2alpha}$ enjeksiyonlarını takiben östrus tespitinden sonra ST ya da ikinci $PGF_{2alpha}$ sonraki 72. saate kadar östrus görülmeyenlere sabit zamanlı ST yapıldı (grup II). ilk tohumlamada gebe kalma oranı, gebelik oranı, $PGF_{2alpha}$-östrus aralığı yönünden iki grup arasında fark bulunmadı. Bununla birlikte, östrus tespit oranı grup ll'deki ineklerde (% 61,5) grup I'e göre (% 15,4) yüksek olmuştur (P < 0,05). Gebelik oranı grup I'deki ineklerde yüksek olma yönündedir. Reproductive performance and synchronization of the ovulation and estrus in brown swiss cows and heifers using the protocol GnRH-PGF2 alpha-GnRH and PGF2 alpha

The objective was to compare the reproductive performances of Brown Swiss cows and heifers synchronized for estrus and ovulation using prostaglandin F 2 alpha ($PGF_{2alpha}$) alone or with gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). Primiparous and multiparous cows (45 to 75 days postparturn; n = 26) and nulliparous heifers (16 to 20 months; n = 26) were randomly assigned to 2 treatment programs. GnRH injection was followed in 7 days by $PGF_{2alpha}$ injection and then by another GnRH injection 9 days later. Artificial insemination (Al) was performed 16 h after the second GnRH injection. Injections of $PGF_{2alpha}$ were given 11 days apart AI was only carried out after estrus was detected following the first and second $PGF_{2alpha}$ injections or, timed AI in the absence of detected estrus was carried out 72 h after the second $PGF_{2alpha}$ injection. The conception rate in first insemination, pregnancy rate and the interval from $PGF_{2alpha}$ to estrus were not different between the 2 groups.
