Two cases of H1N1 infl uenza infection as the initial presentation of acute leukemia
Özet: Pandemik 2009 infl uenza A virusu insanlarda hastalığa yol açan yeni bir infl uenza virusüdür.
Abstract: Pandemic 2009 infl uenza A virus (H1N1) is a new infl uenza virus causing illness in human populations. Immunocompromised patients are at high risk for the acquisition of infl uenza and serious infl uenza-associated complications. However, there are no reports about patients with both newly diagnosed acute leukemia and H1N1 infl uenza infection. We reported 2 cases of previously healthy patients with H1N1 infl uenza infection as the initial presentation of acute leukemia.
