Synthesis of some new substituted 1,2,4-triazole and 1,3,4-thiadiazole and theird derivatives

Several 5-(isomeric pyridyl)-4-aryl-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol/yl-thiomethyl/yl-thioethyl/yl-thiobenzyl and yl-thioglycolic acids were prepared as possible biologically active agents. The infrared, nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR and 13C-NMR), mass spectra and elemental analysis of these compounds are reported
