Mannan oligosakkarit (MOS) İlaveli Yemlerle Beslenen Oreochromis niloticus'un Karaciğer Paraoksonaz Enzim Aktivitesi ve Malondialdehit Düzeyinin Araştırılması

Bu çalışmada mannan-oligosakkarit (MOS) ilaveli yemle beslenen Oreochromis niloticus’da karaciğer dokusu paraoksonaz (PON) enzim aktivitesi ile malondialdehit (MDA) düzeyi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla balıklar, MOS’un %0,25; %0,35 ve %0,45 oranlarını içeren yemler ile 60 gün beslenmişlerdir. Deney sonunda O. niloticus karaciğer dokusu PON aktivitesi MOS katkılı gruplarda kontrol grubuna oranla artmıştır. Mannan oligosakkarit ilaveli yemlerle beslenen gruplardaki balıkların karaciğer dokusu MDA düzeyleri kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırıldığında önemli oranda azaldığı belirlenmiştir.

Investigation on Paraoxonase Enzyme Activity and Malondialdehyde Level in Liver of Oreochromis niloticus Fed with MOS Supplemented Diet

In this study, it was evaluated paraoxonase activity (PON) and malondialdehyde (MDA) level in liver tissue of Oreochromis niloticus fed with mannan oligosaccharide (MOS) supplemented diet. For this purpose, fish were fed commercial diet supplemented with 0.25%, 0.35% and 0.45% dietary MOS for 60 days. At the end of experiment, PON activity of liver tissue was increased in MOS groups when compared to control group. It was determined that MDA level of tissue was decreased significantly in MOS groups when compared to control group.
