Besinsel Lipit Bileşenlerinin Emilimi

Canlıların yaşamı için gerekli olan lipitlerin sindirimi ve emilimi genel hatlarıyla biliniyor olmasına rağmen, değişik lipitlerin nasıl sindirildiği, kan dolaşım sistemine nasıl dağıldığı ve hücreler tarafından nasıl kullanıldığı konuları, çoğu ihtisas dışı insan tarafından pek bilinemez. Son zamanlarda yağ sindirimi ve emilimi konusundaki bilgiler önemli derecede artmıştır. Yağ asitlerinin emilimini sağlayan H+ pompalarının taşıma sistemi etki mekanizmalarında yeni görüşlere yol açmıştır. Sindirim kanalında birçok lipolitik enzimin yapısı ile fonksiyonu arasındaki ilişkiyi ve etki mekanizmalarını aydınlatılmıştır. Bu çalışma, lipit sindirimi ve emilimi konusunda güncel görüşleri sunmayı amaçlamıştır.

Absorption Of Dietary Lipid Components

Although the digestion and absorption of lipids that are necessary for the survival of living organisms are well known in general terms, nevertheless how different lipids to be digested, how it is distributed into the bloodstream, and how to be used by the cells, are unknown issues by most non specialist people. In recent years, knowledge of lipid digestion and absorption has expanded considerably. More insight has been gained in the mechanism of action of H + pump as a transport system in fatty acid absorption. New knowledge gained on the structure-function relationship and mechanisms of action of several lipolytic enzymes in the gastrointestinal tract. This work intends to give an up to date view of lipid digestion and absorption.
