İNVERTE MEME UCU: LİTERATÜRÜN GÖZDEN GEÇİRİLMESİ

İnverte meme ucu, estetik ve fonksiyonel sorunlara neden olmaktadır. Şiddetli vakalarda inflamasyon, enfeksiyon ve emzirme sorunlarına neden olabilmektedir. İlk olarak Sir Ashely Cooper tarafından tarif edildiğinden bu yana tedavisinde bir çok teknik tarif edilmiştir. İnverte meme ucu konjenital ve edinsel olmak üzere iki tipte görülür. Konjenital inverte meme ucu olguların büyük bir kısmını oluşturur. İnversiyonun şiddetine göre hastalar üç grupta sınıflandırılmıştır. Bu çalışmada literatürde inverte meme ucunun görülme sıklığı, sınıflandırılması, cerrahi ve cerrahi olmayan tedavisi, ve tedavi sonrası olası komplikasyonları gözden geçirilmektedir
