Laparoskopik jinekolojik girişimlerde total intravenöz ve inhalasyon anestezilerinin akut faz yanıtı ve hemodinamiye etkileri

İki farklı anestezi yönteminin akut faz yanıtı ve hemodinamiye etkilerini karşılaştırmak amacıyla yapılan çalışmaya laparoskopik jinekolojik ameliyat geçirecek, ASA. l-ll, 20-60 yaş arası 30 kadın hasta alındı. Hastalar rasgele Grup S (Sevoflurane) ve Grup T (Total İntravenöz Anestezi-TİVA) olarak iki gruba ayrıldılar. Grup S'de anestezi indüksiyon ve idamesi sevofluran ve N20 ile Grup T'de ise propofol ve alfentanil ile sağlandı. Preoperatif (kontrol) ve postoperatif 24. saatteki total lökosit (total beyaz küre-TBK), nötrofil, lenfosit, C-reaktif protein (CRP), kompleman 3 (C3), kompleman 4 (C4) değerleri kaydedildi. Ameliyat süresince hastaların, kalp atım hızı (KAH) ve ortalama arter basıncı (OAB) değerleri ölçüldü, iki grupta da hastalar postoperatif dönemde komplikasyonlar açısından izlendiler. Effects of anaesthesia on the acute phase and hemodynamic response in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecologic surgery

The aim of this study was to compare the effects of two different anaesthetic techniques on the acute phase and hemodynamic response . Thirty women aged, 20-60 years, ASA I or II class, undergoing laparoscopic gynecologic operations were studied. Patients were allocated randomly to either Group S (sevoflurane) or Group T (TIVA). Anaesthesia was induced and maintained in, Group S with sevoflurane and N2O, whereas with propofol and alfentanil in Group T. Leukocyte, neutrophile, lymphocyte counts, CRP, C3 and C4 values were measured preoperatively and 24 hours after the surgery. During the operation, HR (heart rate) and MAP (mean arterial pressure) were recorded.
